Fulkerson, Lynette M.Brown, (and Lynette's  daughters) Janae, Corrina, Karissa, Kiana, & Keilani  Lum )    Her Mom, Jolene, married Navy man, Emmett Brown from Hogansville, GA. who settled in Livermore, CA., Remarried career Navy man Robert Noteboom from Tillamook, OR. when Lynette was 1, Lynette was fortunate to be raised and loved by 2 separate families.      Growing up a Navy Brat, she lived all over the United States including, Charleston, South Carolina, Pensacola, Florida, Great Lakes Illinois, Portland, Oregon, all over San Diego, CA, Treasure Island in the San Francisco Bay, Livermore, CA, San Leandro, CA, Wilkes-Barre, PA,  Meridian, Mississippi,  and settled back in San Diego her last year in high school.  While attending school for Architecture / Interior Design she met and married a Marine Corps Brat, David Lum stationed at Camp Pendleton, in Oceanside, CA., his family comes from Oahu, Hawaii and FT. McKavett/Menard, Texas.   Lynette and David are the proud parents of 5 beautiful daughters. Janae, Corrina, Karissa,  Kiana, and Keilani.   Lynette, David and girls, lived in Oceanside, La Mesa, Spring Valley, and finally Valley Center, CA. before settling in Temecula in January of 1996. Being raised in the military, they wanted to raise their daughters in one community, and chose Temecula for the excellent schools, clean air, wonderful community feeling and many family acitvites offered, not to mention the parks!   Prior to entering real estate, Lynette worked in Architecture/Interior Design, designing modular medical buildings that housed GE's MRI equipment for hospitals nationwide.  Lynette opted for a career in Real Estate when she returned to the work force after being a stay at home mom.
